- THIS IS OUR STORY… We have embarked on a journey of a lifetime, literally. With a year of paperwork, fingerprints and interviews out of the way, it is time to fly. For those of you who may be new to our story, about a year ago we decided that we wanted to adopt a child. Once we were about half of the way through the process our plans changed a little. We knew how great it would be to adopt one child, so we figured, what the heck, why not two! So now we are at the end of one journey (paperwork) and are about to begin our second journey (time to fly to Taiwan). Oh yeah, back to the two children. We decided that we wanted to adopt siblings, and as of now, we do not know what their ages are going to be. We just hope they will be under 21!
